A busy and vibrant agency in Hertfordshire have a new opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator or Lettings Administrator to join their successful lettings and property management team.

A brand with a long-standing reputation for providing a comprehensive lettings and management service across a mixed portfolio in Cambs, Herts and London. You’ll be dealing with prospective tenants, registering, and matching them to potential properties, taking viewings, handling enquiries and other related admin.

Previous property experience locally in a lettings role or strong admin and customer service skills and a genuine interest in property. Excellent customer service skills and an organised proactive approach are essential. You’ll be proactive, a team player with a can-do attitude. You must drive to be considered and already be based locally in Hertfordshire.

Salary to reflect your property experience salary circa £22 - £26k with real career development and ARLA support.

Use of a pool car during office hours. Monday to Friday with typically one Saturday a month.
