With a strong portfolio of properties and a reputation for exceptional levels of service, you’ll be joining one of the most sought-after property companies in Cambridge.
You’ll be tasked with a wide variety of duties including managing and overseeing an allocated portfolio of properties, liaising with landlords and contractors regarding maintenance, arranging and attending property inspections, preparing, and processing tenancy renewals, carrying out rent reviews, authorising invoices and working with landlords to ensure properties are compliant.
Customer service will be at the heart of everything you do.
To apply for this role, you’ll be confident in your residential lettings and property management experience. You’ll be able to prioritise workload, work independently as well as part of a team, have a full driving licence and live within 40 minutes of Cambridge.
Salary to reflect your relevant experience circa £26,000 - £30,000.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.45 am - 5.30 pm with a fair Saturday rota typically 1 in 4.
