This is your chance to join a small and friendly Building Consultancy based in Newmarket. You'll be working in a vibrant environment alongside a friendly and engaging team of professionals. Providing office administrative services to support the whole team.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering phones/taking messages.
- General typing for various types of documents from mostly hand-written notes.
- Shredding/copying.
- Updating spreadsheets.
- Archiving folders.
- Office Fire Marshal – formal training will be provided.
We are interested to hear from locally based administrators who are reliable, punctual, with a mature, friendly ‘can-do’ attitude. Naturally you will have good communication skills, be organised, able to hop from task to task quickly and can demonstrate excellent grammar/spelling and typing skills. Applications from candidates with a loyal employment history will be given priority.
Salary
Up to £25,000 per annum with a discretionary annual bonus.
Hours
Full time, 09:00 - 17:30, Monday to Friday.
