The successful Property Manager must have local experience in Cambridgeshire looking after their own portfolio and know the local area.
Property Manager duties include - inventories, checkouts, routine checks, arranging all maintenance and providing a full property management service to a wide range of landlords and tenants.
The job would suit a Property Manager who enjoys a fast-paced office environment and regular travel. The properties span a wide radius from Peterborough, covering Northampton, Stamford, Wellingborough, Kettering, Huntingdon, Cambridge, Wisbech, Corby and the surrounding villages. Local knowledge of these areas is essential.
Salary guide £25,000 - £30,000.
