We have a key opportunity for a highly capable Practice Director to play a pivotal role in achieving our ambitious goals of being recognised as THE premier choice for structural waterproofing design input.

Operating within an Entrepreneurial Operating System (EoS) model, we are looking for a Practice Director who will function as the Integrator at the Heart of Our Success. This crucial leadership position is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of our talented team of technical consultants. You will be the steady hand who ensures our strategic goals, set in collaboration with our Technical Director, are translated into clear, actionable plans and executed with precision.

We need someone with an ownership mindset. A natural completer-finisher from a leading building or construction consultancy who takes pride in structuring and optimising business operations. Build on current success to take the business to the next levels.

You should possess:

  • A construction-related degree (Chartered status with RICS, APM, CIOB, ICE, RIBA is preferred).
  • A minimum of 5 years post-chartership experience with a leading building or construction consultancy.
  • A deep understanding of UK construction consultancy contracts, defect analysis, and procurement.
  • Experience in construction monitoring and employer’s agent responsibilities.
