What will I be doing?
Working predominately within the Education sector, you will be regularly involved in carrying out Condition and Decarbonisation surveys on Schools, Colleges and Universities. You'll also be involved in Project Management and Programmed Maintenance, delivering a number of refurbishment, maintenance and improvement projects across several framework agreements. Typically Re-roofing and window replacement projects from £150k - £2m.
The role will be client facing and you'll regularly interact with a broad range of academics, professionals and contractors.
What do I need to be considered?
Naturally you’ll have a Building Surveying background with experience carrying out Condition and Decarbonisation surveys plus managing minor - medium size projects. Ideally you will be recently chartered (MRICS) or be within the final year of your APC. Interest from non Chartered but experienced Building Surveyors with relevant experience in CIF and/or the Education sector are also welcomed.
To help deliver projects successfully, you’ll need to draw on all of your past experience with either a client or consultant. You’ll also regularly interact with contractors, consultants and design teams.
