Property Coordinator Property Coordinator / Lettings Administrator with good customer service and admin experience - keen to start a career in property. You will provide support to the team's property managers and take on some Lettings duties, with training for a property management qualification. Working in central Cambridge you will need to be happy commuting via public transport. You'll need excellent written communication skills, strong customer service and administration experience gained in a business environment. Property or lettings experience would be great but not essential. A background in Project Coordination or a similar role booking appointments and managing orders would be a real advantage. You'll be dealing with a variety of tenant applications, renewals, notices and works orders for contractors for routine gas and electricity checks. You’ll get the chance to be out of the office to cover viewings of properties when busy, so a driving licence is a must. Working in a busy team environment alongside property managers and lettings agents, providing key administration and customer service support.
