A brand with a long-standing reputation for providing a comprehensive lettings and management service across a mixed portfolio in Herts and North London.
Providing full property management services and overseeing an allocated portfolio of properties, liaising with landlords and contractors regarding maintenance, arranging and attending property inspections, preparing, and processing tenancy renewals, carrying out rent reviews, invoicing and working with landlords to ensure properties are compliant. Excellent customer service skills and an organised proactive approach are essential. ALRA qualification is preferred.
You’ll be proactive and capable of running your own portfolio from day one, a team player with a can-do attitude. You must drive and live locally in Hertfordshire.
