Property Manager or experienced Lettings Negotiator required to join a friendly and successful property and lettings specialist in central Hertfordshire.
You’ll have the backing of a vibrant brand with a strong reputation for quality. Who provide lettings and management services across a mixed portfolio in Herts and North London. Ideally, ARLA qualified but more importantly, you’ll be self-sufficient and experienced to oversee and manage your own allocated portfolio of properties. You’ll be confident in your ability to liaise with landlords and contractors regarding maintenance. You’ll arrange and attend property inspections, prepare, and process tenancy renewals, carry out rent reviews, invoicing and ensure properties are compliant.
Excellent customer service skills and an organised approach are a must.
A team player with a can-do attitude, confident you can run a portfolio from day one. You must drive and live locally in central Hertfordshire.
circa £28000 - £30000 and use of a pool car during office hours.
