You’ll be tasked with a wide variety of duties including managing and overseeing an allocated portfolio of properties, liaising with landlords and contractors regarding maintenance, arranging and attending property inspections, preparing, and processing tenancy renewals, carrying out rent reviews, authorising invoices and working with landlords to ensure properties are compliant.
Customer service will be at the heart of everything you do.
To apply for this role, you’ll be confident in your residential lettings and property management experience. You’ll be able to prioritise workload, work independently and be part of a friendly and supportive team, have a full driving licence. Central Cambridge location, so you'll need to live locally and know the area.
Salary to reflect your relevant experience. Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5.30 pm with a fair Saturday rota typically 1 in 4.
