You will be joining a privately owned multi-disciplinary practice with a solid reputation for providing a first-class service across design, building surveying, and project management. Your role will include surveying buildings and reporting to clients about the design, construction, maintenance, and repair that may be required. You will also manage development and construction projects on behalf of a variety of clients, typically between £1m-£5m. What do I need? Ideally, you will be a MRICS Building Surveyor with a blend of experience, on both project and professional building surveying disciplines. Dealing with dilapidations claims, building surveys, planned maintenance surveys, together with some CAD work, altering drawings and measured surveys. Preference towards private sector experience working on behalf of a regional or national consultancy. It is essential you have a good knowledge of building and construction and can demonstrate exposure to a variety of building surveying services.
