What will I be doing?
Working predominately within the Education sector, you will be regularly involved in carrying out project and surveying instructions on Schools, Colleges and Universities. You'll be involved in a wide variety of work including Condition Surveys, Project Management and Programmed Maintenance, delivering a number of refurbishment, maintenance and improvement projects across several framework agreements. Typically Re-roofing and window replacement projects from £150k - £2m. Plus some wider new build and repurposing projects.
The role will be client facing and you'll regularly interact with a broad range of academics, professionals and contractors.
What do I need to be considered?
Naturally you’ll have a Building Surveying background with experience carrying out complex condition surveys plus managing minor - medium size projects. Ideally you will be recently chartered (MRICS) or be within the final year of your APC. Interest from non Chartered but experienced Building Surveyors with relevant experience in CIF and/or the Education sector are also welcomed.
