Role Overview

  • Oversee compliance with strict internal and contractual processes, preparing in-depth operational reports of financial and regulatory data that will be scrutinised at board level..
  • Develop, maintain, and analyse complex Excel-based budgets and financial reports.
  • Own contract administration from end-to-end, spotting risks (before they turn into problems) and chasing down every last detail.
  • Drive performance and efficiency in third-party service delivery, with the authority to challenge status quo when standards aren’t met.
  • Translate complex data into presentations and business cases that inform the big decisions—the ones that shape the future of critical public infrastructure.
  • Maintain the highest standards of discretion and integrity; you’ll handle commercially sensitive information as routine.

Candidate Profile

  • Degree-level expertise (or proven equivalent experience) in quantity surveying, contract management, FM, or project controls.
  • Expertise in contract administration within construction, PFI, or asset management environments.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, including building and using complex models for financial management and reporting.
  • Familiarity with compliance management and coordinating to strict processes.
  • Comfortable communicating technical and financial information to senior stakeholders and boards.

This position would suit someone who combines contract administration, technical coordination, and quantity surveying skills and is accustomed to working in environments where attention to detail and process adherence are essential.
