Role & Opportunity

  • This is a dual-hat role. We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager who is comfortable acting as the Employer’s Agent.
  • You won't just be crunching numbers; you will be managing relationships. The Directors are looking for someone who can handle JCT contracts with their eyes closed, but also enjoys the "front of house" aspect—building networks and keeping clients happy.

Who I'm Looking For

I need a safe pair of hands, but also a spark.

  • You must be MRICS qualified with a degree in a relevant discipline.
  • You need a solid background in PQS/Consultancy, specifically with experience in Employers Agent work.
  • Strong familiarity with JCT contracts is non-negotiable.
  • You need to be commercially minded. If you have an interest in business development and growing a network, you will fly here.
