We are seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) with at least 3+ years post-qualification experience and the commercial acumen to drive business growth. If you are an ambitious professional looking for a genuine, accelerated path to leadership, this role is designed for you!
This is a highly autonomous, client-facing role where your technical expertise and commercial drive will be rewarded. You will be based in Milton Keynes, covering a project radius across the Bucks, Beds, and Oxford regions.
Your Expertise Will Focus On:

	Commercial & Leisure TDD: Leading intricate Technical Due Diligence and Acquisition Reporting for high-value commercial and leisure property portfolios.

	Specialist Heritage Projects: Taking the lead on complex surveying challenges involving historic and listed buildings, showcasing deep technical skill.

	Commercial Development: Beyond surveying, you will be expected to use your commercially-minded approach to cultivate and grow client relationships.
