As a Structural Technician, you will be joining a business that understands the importance of your detailing skills and values your BIM knowledge.
With significant experience on a range of projects using a variety of building materials, you will be skilled in AutoCAD and Revit.
You will play a key part in the team. Working independently on your own projects and also supporting Engineers and mentoring other Technicians on large schemes.
BIM is central to the company’s projects and working procedures and you will be encouraged to support and develop the CAD / BIM function in your role.
You could be working on anything from domestic extensions, to building structures and multi-storey developments. You will be involved with design meetings and coordinating with architects and stakeholders to deliver successful schemes.
Ideally, locally based in Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire or within a sensible commute.
A flexible approach to home working balanced with time in the office to manage projects.
The consultancy works closely with their London office, opening the further potential people living in Hertfordshire, Essex or North London who are willing to commute to Cambridge for part of the week and then work from home.
