This leading developer is looking for a Technical Coordinator, ideally with a civil engineering and infrastructure background to take responsibility for live Norfolk and Suffolk projects.
Ideally already a Technical Coordinator with housing developer experience you will be involved in enabling works and full project coordination and delivery. The role would also suit a Civil Engineer with residential consultancy experience, who is looking to make the jump across to development.
If you have a passion for residential development and would like to be part of an expanding technical team this could be the role for you.
You’ll lead planning and technical design support and advice, from land acquisition right through to construction. You’ll be confident in taking control of projects and liaising with external consultants, authorities, clients, and project stakeholders.
You’ll provide technical coordination and project management support, from site appraisal, feasibility, enabling works, planning and build stages.
