You’ll need to be a proactive team player. A Technical Coordinator or Engineering Technician who has worked on mixed-use, infrastructure or housing developments. With experience of pre-construction design feasibility, infrastructure planning, enabling works, utilities and technical coordination.
Civil Engineers and Infrastructure Technicians with consultancy development design experience would also be of interest.
Be part of an expanding team working in a real growth sector. You’ll be involved in reviewing new sites from early stages, taking renewable schemes through planning, and dealing with technical support throughout the project cycle.
Backed with significant investment and a strong pipeline of future sites to be built and operated, you'll play a key role in these first developments. Priority will be given to applicants with developer or consultancy experience and an enthusiasm for environmental and renewable energy.
