Technical Coordinator or Engineer with a civil engineering or a residential housing background.
Work with a successful planning and design team, where you will be involved in development coordination, planning advice and technical support. Working on residential housing projects, civil infrastructure schemes, engineering, commercial and mixed-use property developments.
Be involved in all technical matters, from site appraisal and feasibility to the point of disposal and construction. Provide technical support at feasibility, planning, value engineering and build stages. You’ll get to use your technical coordination, project management and planning skills, assessing development opportunities. Preparing concept and site plans, attending design meetings, and liaising with authorities, clients, and project stakeholders.

Prior experience as a Technical Coordinator, Assistant Engineer or Engineering Technician with a consultant, housing developer or contractor design team is preferred.
