You’ll need to be a proactive team player already working in mixed-use, infrastructure or housing developments, ideally as a Technical Coordinator or Engineering Technician with development and infrastructure experience.
Civil Engineers and Infrastructure Technicians with consultancy development design experience would also be of interest.
Be part of an expanding team working in a real growth sector. You’ll be involved in reviewing new sites from early stages, taking renewable schemes through planning, and dealing with technical support throughout the project cycle.
