Now, they're expanding and need a talented Building Surveyor to play a pivotal role in its development and success within their Building Consultancy team.
The opportunity
As an Associate Surveyor, you'll be working alongside experienced Partners and a collaborative team, you'll have a unique opportunity work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse project portfolio alongside a team of Commercial specialist working on business space transactional agency, landlord & tenant and valuations, Rural, Infrastructures, Planning and Development
Manage your own accounts, taking the lead on pre-acquisition surveys, development monitoring, landlord & tenant matters, and professional services.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

Full Chartered status (MRICS) is essential.

Proven and demonstrable building surveying experience in the Private sector, ideally within the Bristol or London market.

A strong understanding and practical experience of the Project Manager, Employers Agent, and Contract Administrator roles.
