Your New Role

We are recruiting a Chartered Project Surveyor (PQS) to help deliver specialist MOD and Healthcare projects across East Anglia. Based mainly on site, you will be working on projects that challenge ordinary and always more complex and innovative than the last.

The firm has developed a reputation for providing a comprehensive and value driven service for their clients in the public and commercial sectors. You will be part of a Cost Management service that covers the whole project lifecycle from initial inception, through the design and procurement process and onto the site delivery and commissioning phase. Projects will typically range in value from £5m - £50m, with some over £250m.

Delivering in all aspects of cost management and quantity surveying from project inception to completion. With a passion for first class service delivery, you will be part of a team driving performance standards to ensure a professional, premium quality services to the construction industry. The role will be fully client facing to help reinforce the company’s profile as one of the best.

Interest is welcome from Professionally qualified Quantity Surveyors with a degree in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management. You will need solid career history, ideally working on behalf of a recognised Consultant or Cost Consultancy. MOD Sector experience and security clearance is essential.
