An independent, forward-thinking company offering a hybrid/remote working style based in either London or Norfolk.
The team acts for several infrastructure clients in the Fibre, Mobile and Green sectors. They also act for Landlords and advertising clients providing property-related services and advice. You will play a vital role in ensuring that tasks, duties, and activities, as assigned by the Directors or the Companies Clients, are managed effectively and swiftly.
Speed of delivery, quality of service and outstanding professional advice are the core values and how the company operates.
You will be involved with:
- Land and property acquisition – site visits, surveys, collation of information, obtaining Landlord interest, making client recommendations and client reporting.
- Wayleaves – Logging and circulating wayleave agreements.
- Drawings – Review drawings and planning applications.
- Lease auditing – Auditing lease agreements.
- On-Site Activities – Site identification and tracking, site surveys, measuring, production of simple site plans and photographic surveys.
Experience in a similar role is essential.
A competitive salary in the region of £35,000 - £45,000 + benefits.
