Campaign for Head of Commercial and Development
We partnered with property specialists OpenArch to appointment a new Head of Commercial and Development. We engaged within our network of property and development professionals to identify potential candidates who could oversee the proactive management of a commercial portfolio and an ongoing development programme involving both residential and commercial developments throughout East Anglia. The majority of our work in this instruction was search and selection, engaging with potential candidates and supporting them into the process. In addition we created job adverts, email marketing and a social media campaign to attract a wider talent pool and promote OpenArch within industry specific channels. Campaign #2 for Head of Residential.
Due to the success of our first campaign with OpenArch, we were later engaged on another key position with an urgent timeline. Following client consultation, we defined our strategy, suitable timeline, before identifying a refined list of targets to approach. We also created and managed another advertising and media campaign with a specific target market within Residential Property Management, Lettings and Block Management. A comprehensive qualifying process enabled us to produce a strong interview shortlist resulting in another successful engagement. Examples from our campaign are below:
