Applications will also be considered from Surveyors with no valuer licence if you are already MCIOB qualified and interested in residential valuation work.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Surveyor looking for flexibility, home working and realistic, not pressured work targets.
You will be working for national and local banks and financial institutes, providing red book valuations, home buyer reports and residential building surveys.
You will join a team of Chartered Surveyors, Registered Valuers, Graduates, and support staff who all work together in a friendly, supportive, and productive environment.
A willingness to be a real team player and relevant work experience in building surveys and or mortgage valuations are essential.
You will need to be based in Essex or the local area as the team undertakes surveys across Essex, Suffolk, and London. This is an excellent opportunity to get a good deal of flexibility in both working from home and working hours to suit you.
